can ebay/pp see that I am using proxy?

SSH tunneling would be an option though as you can open many SSH tunnels each using a different port, you can then configure a socks proxy in each browser to use the corresponding port you setup when creating your SSH tunnel. Be aware of the WebRTC issue though if doing this

I had already been aware of WebRTC and I have turned it off.

My VPS is windows-based so I am trying to set up proxy server using WinGate.

Anyone familiar with WinGate? I have some issues there.

Ok well most of the instructions i gave were related to Linux based VPS. But if you have Windows can you not use remote desktop to connect to your VPS? If yes then just open a browser from the remote desktop session as connect to ebay/paypal from there, no proxy would be needed and there is no way they can see your real IP.

Yes, I can do that. But, in this way, I would be able to connect to only one account, and I need to connect to 3 of them.
My VPS provider also is able to provide more IPs, so what I want to do here, is to make that VPS a proxy server for all of those IPs, so I could connect to the web using those proxies from my laptop and without connecting through RDP.

Maybe you have some advice here? What would be the easiest way to set up proxy server on windows in my case?
 
I'm afraid my Windows skills are a bit rusty as to setting up a proxy server as it has been over 10 years since I last configured one so I couldn't really give you much advice. Are you currently running Wingate as a SOCKS proxy or HTTP proxy?

Finally I was able to set up WinGate so I am okay with the configuring I guess. I set it up as a HTTP proxy. Which is better for my case (so that ebay/pp could not ever know that I am even using a proxy): HTTP or SOCKS5? Is HTTP reliable enough?
 
I think SOCKS5 is better out of the 2 protocols as it supports authentication so is more secure out of the box, but if you do the browser test and it can't detect your running a proxy when set with HTTP then go with that as long as you have secured it to ensure it won't allow clients outside those you authorize to connect to it

Well, it seems like HTTP protocol has authentication as well, since I protected the proxy with username and password.

What's the best way to do that browser test and where?
sorry for these dumb questions I am just not that much of a tech guy.
 
There are lots of sites that do tests to see if they can detect your using a proxy
try http://whatismyipaddress.com/proxy-check or http://all-nettools.com/toolbox/proxy-test.php http://www.lagado.com/proxy-test plus loads more if you Google for proxy tester or similar result. If any of them show your real IP address then your proxy is not configured correctly for your needs. You can also use this website https://panopticlick.eff.org/ which will check if your browser has identifying information that could be used to fingerprint you. I would advise you use a different browser for each account, as even if you clear cookies and cache and use different IP they could be using other techniques to ID you from information thats given out by your web browser.
 
How can avoid the WebRTC DETECTION?

maybe using anothere broswer than firefox?
 
You could use other browsers but all the major ones (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) have this issue. You could use one of the lesser know browsers but if they are based on any of the code from the 3 listed above they may also support WebRTC. You can disable it in your browser. I believe Microsoft Internet Explorer does not support it, but the Edge browser does. So that is another possibility.
