Hi everyone.
I have a little question.

I'm still learning english and not enough to write blog/site.

So, any have good methods for earning money or is this possible?

Plus+ question?; Google adwords works CB/link shortening services?

I would recommend freelancer sites like odesk and elance for freelancers....

@topic

English is compulsory for online earning. If you don't know the language write something in your own language and them simply pay someone to translate it.

Maybe you can try promoting products in your native language.
If I was Bilingual in Spanish, I would definitley try promoting some stuff in Spanish, I can imagine the market would be easier to sell to.

What doesn't any one suggest PPC? You don't need to be fluent in English to split test a few campaigns and blast the one that doubles or triples you original investment.
