Hey guys,
I was wondering , if I purchase some backlinks from some Fiverr dude, can it F**k up my website rankings instead of rising the rank?
Like making google black list it or something?

If you buy links from fiverr, it'll most likely fuck your website up.

Quality links aren't as cheap as $5, keep that in mind.

Yes like the users above stated quality over quantity... what you should do is create a web 2.0 property or an article online with a link to your main site then blast that property with fiverr or cheap links.. GL

You're better off creating a 2-tier link network (or paying someone RELIABLE who has). Spamming doesn't work directly anymore and your rankings will suffer.
