can anyone pull info from my competitor to see exactly what he is doing to generate tons of sales to see what keywords he is using to generate traffic how much he spends? basically spy on him so i can recreate his actions to generate the same amount of sales?

Simply use tools like Majestic.com or ahrefs.com to get an idea about keywords & backlinks that your competitor is using!

I know alot of people who have the exact recipe I have that generates tons of sales daily from Amazon and still not able to earn a dime. If your strength, skills and resources are not equal you can't match him even if you have all the keywords an places he derives traffic from.

I don't think it's easy to know or find out, how much your conpetitor is spending to generate traffic in his website , But for Keyword's and some other useful information i suggest you to use semrush it's really very effective tool to get analysys about any website.
