It looks exactly how it should look, since the whole site is made for amazon reviews with a smaller blog section.
Serves the purpose well and everything is more than clear. Did some digging and these guys use this theme with couple modifications on all their Amazon sites - all do extremely well.

They seems to be doing something strange after your visit one of their pages from Google search. After visiting the ranking page and press the back button you are brought to the homepage, rather than back to Google.

I think its a custom theme also, I wouldn't say its that amazing though either, although it is pretty clean and lightweight.
It does have that super annoying feature whereby you can't right click though. Grrrrr.
