Can anyone tell me which software this is?

I have been using Proxy Checker Lite in order to check my proxies, but this one looks much better. Anyone able to tell me what it is?

the name of the programme is written on it when u open it
as with all software..
that tool in question comes from a Chinese website i helped the
admin there move his site to usa text in 2007 proxyfire is the tool
and i was a former admin there for helping them out with there site

the tool is not so good at proxy checking its not reliable and the site
over the last 3 yrs if full of 1 post wonders all calling me need proxie.

try using charon - apekillape has posted a tutorial how to use it
