in short it is an tool for automated backlink building from various platforms. it creates and submit content to a wide range of websites. but the quality of the links are low as like we can use it for tire 3.

No actually you can use it for any tier. It depends on your input... Output depends on your input.. plus you can change .ini and can use as a pbn poster....

Not here many belive automation link building tool like gsa only can build links to lower tier or lower quality. I highly doubt they never used automation program or dont know the difference between automation and spamming.
Not everyone here asking are not going to be serious seors or action takers. Many just posting without any idea. Thats sad..
Absolutely! Sometimes people forget that tools are just one part of the equation. The strategy and how you implement it are equally important. It's like expecting a hammer to build a house without knowing how to swing it!

If you are new to all this, I would recommend starting with Ranker X instead of GSA. GSA is great software for managing everything from tier 1 to all tiers, but if you are a newbie, you will need to spend some time getting used to it. If you are ready for all the challenges, it is really worth it.
It all depends on the project setup and your link list.
Simply put, it's about what you load up there and where you set your targets.
