Hey BHW,

Do you guys know whether the great CPA network "Adscendmedia" allows the cash incentive sites or not? Like the site which pays user paypal money for incentive surveys being completed.

Every offer inside the network specify if it allows incentives or not... Some offers will, some not.

NO. They don't

They allow for virtual currency or other rewards systems (like example, point for games, giftcards etc.. but not real cash incentive

I think they have a few incentive offers... but you can not pay leads to sign up....

Only give away things like a free ebook report etc.
