Can anyone suggest me CPA network that doesn't shave?

I tried multiple networks including ADW Sharecash CPAlead and lastly CPAgrip and shave rate is ridiculous,ADW may be shaving least when it comes to PIN-submits but they US rates are really low and sometimes I have some good days with them then days with 0.02$ EPC on them which is obvious that some shady shit is happening any suggestions?

You can't control that, and you will have good and bad experiences at every network you go to

all networks shave its just a part of the business

They all shave, but I really like the 1 in my sig, Crak revenue. I've had no issues so far, and they're active on BHW.

No one can measure shaving %. But we can know who pays at least. Try yourself all then keep who pay more: crakrev, chaturbate, tubecamgirl, bongacams

How do you exactly calculate the shaving? And do you define by shaving the cut they take out of each lead or not giving you the lead at all?

Mate all Networks shave.. It's not about shaving as it is, even with "honest" Networks it's not about actual shaving, it's because Networks cannot always get paid from Advertisers (bad leads, reversal leads, etc) and then Networks shave because of that most of the time.

Can't say for other networks but for ADW and CPAgrip you can see reversed leads at the end of the month it's not much around 1-2 out of 300+ per month,however on ADW it's a little more I simply disable those offers (on adw) since most of them have only 1-2 leads and all of them are reversed,so that's one way to shave for advertisers

How do I know that the network is shaving?Well the first evidence is that download count of the file users downloaded after completing survey always end up higher than amount of leads

Second: if I move one of my better niches with high EPC for a few days it's doing great then all of the sudden the EPC gets lower,closer to my other niche epc, then I move the niche to the other network EPC starts to pick up again,I contacted AM after this but all he is saying is usual BS that your perfomance was always the same and I should target one country only

Third is the most shameful,some users sometimes commenting that after getting their phone credits taken away they simply didn't get the download files starting(niche is WH)so I'm guessing this is how advertisers shave
