Can anyone suggest me a Template that is useful for SEO i wanted to create a website which have to be ranked in google search engine in 3 to 4 months.

Believe me when I say that the theme it's the useless thing. It has to be only not overoptimized but is not the theme that Google ranks.

I think theme is not important for Google ranking but content of your website is very important.

Onsite is the first important fact in SEO.

OP, use can use free plugins, if you're going to use wordpress.

Theme Doesn't a Matter OP...you can choose your best one in themeforest...but you should concentrate on on page and content too

But my senior told once told me that when you are using Wordpress or on blogpost theme matters the most. There are some templates which are seo friendly and some which are not.

A theme in Wordpress
1. Makes your site look professional, beautiful
2. Can make site load faster if properly coded
3. Can provide you valuable functions to reduce your manual work (e.g. provide star reviews, widgets to display ads, new layouts) and so on

SEO is not a core function of theme.

There are exceptions though. For e.g. if you are creating a web directory, do check how the theme handles category and listings. That may help SEO to an extent.
