Why don't you simply automate the ordering process with a bot? Cheaper, Faster, Much efficient and never gets bored/sick/tired.

I know many people use Oberlo but unfortunately I setup with WIX and they don't support it. Because of the success of the site at the moment I wouldn't want to change the design ect and move over to Shopify.

If you can do it manually then you can automate it. Go an hire someone to make you a web browser bot.
