I use to get this done with Octosuite but they do not work anymore and their support is just delaying the fix by saying "it will take a few more weeks" i'm like omg. Anyway, i came across Bino but the op isn't really active here just wondering if there are any other better alternatives?
I've just looking to scrape images/videos and then schedule them on my page automatically.

You mean like automate poster for Facebook? Like scheduled photos, etc.?
 
like scraping photos/videos from pages ~ downloading them then schedules to post on the pages i own.
 
Aren't you afraid of taking some photos that need licensing?
