Can anyone recommend GeoIP rotators for ads?

I'd like to filter my traffic by GEOIP

For example: For people coming from the US, I'd like to show high paying CPA ads. For people coming from developing countries, I'd like to show CPALead or other content lockers.

Anyone know of a WP Plugin that does this?

I don't know any boxed solution but a custom solution should not be too difficult to implement if you get your hands on maxmind api for PHP.
