Can anyone recommend a screenshot tool?

Out of all of the ones mentioned I decided to try ShareX and Greenshot. After looking around I decided to stick with the Windows Snipping Tool as it pretty much does all I need, the other ones seem too complicated but who knows I may use them in the future. Thanks guys.

highly recommend this ^ low on resources, fast auto upload and allows hotlinking (i think)....

I use Jing. You have a history of all your screenshots under one account. You can even record short on screen videos with it. Useful if you need to give instructions to your VA or something like that. But seeing what others have posted here, you're pretty much spoilt for choice.
