Can anyone recommend a screenshot tool? (PC Desktop)

I've communicated with people in the past who have quickly taken a screenshot and sent me a shortened URL to the image within seconds.

1. I take a screenshot, moving the area I want to grab, beforehand
2. Click a button
3. The image is automatically uploaded and is converted into a shortened URL
4. The person I send the link to can then see the image
5. Saves lots of time having to save the image > upload > get the link.

What tool / extension is best for this?

just CTRL+Shift+S then paste the image with CTRL+V you can copy images to your clipboard on windows and ctrl shift s lets you take a ss and it auto copys to your windows clipboard
 
i like sharex. lightshot is another popular tool i've seen others use.
sharex supports ton of image hosts and allows for a lot of options.
 
Lightshot and Greenshot both are the best and easiest screenshot tools.
 
I recommend Lightshot is free and best screenshot tool

snipping tool
 
I used to use Gyazo, but now I’m just using windows build in snipping tool.. can just copy/paste images, more or less anywhere.
 
If you have windows I would recommend shareX: free, highly customizable and offers a wide range of features beyond basic screen capturing and sharing.
 
I recommend Lightshot and gyazo. easy to use totally free.
