Can Anyone Recommend a Public Proxy Service for Scrapebox

Hey guys,
I need some public proxies for scraping. I need a lot of them.
I've been trying all the various services out there & they're all crap. Non of the proxies work when i test them in SB.
Can anyone recommend a service that can deliver a lot of working public proxies each day?

I've always been impressed by fineproxy, and I use them for scraping (which they're perfect for). 1k to 5k proxies for $25 to $44.

They're shared, meaning other people are using those same IPs. But if you're doing scraping, its perfect (I use them for craigslist, zillow, trulia, etc).
