I don't do free trials, as it just means I end up with tonnes of users who want a free week or so and have no intention of buying. I like to be personally available to all (paying) customers for support, and this isn't possible with a free trial. There is a 30day money back guarantee which I feel weeds out those who have no intention of buying but doesn't provide a safety net to those who are genuinely interested
