Can anyone recommend a good Cheap? (possible?) Host?

Can anyone recommend me a good reliable cheap host? Preferably Cpanel?

I would like a reseller account super cheap if possible, but an unlimited domain account will work just as fine.


Would also be nice if they were somewhat lenient with black-hat things (such as maybe stumbling across a phising script or two).


I was using Hostgator's $.99 cent month. I'm flat broke, and really need something pretty cheap. But it MUST be reliable, as I'm going to be running traffic through it that will be generating me some decent $$$ (just gotta wait to get paid).
