Can Anyone Open an Openai Trial Account?

Hello, I tried to open a $5 trial account to test something urgent. My browser language does not give me a trial regardless of my ip address, mail extension, sms country. I also tried with my own phone, but it wouldn't give it. This has been the case for the last 2 days. Has anyone found a solution, how can I open a trial account?
