can anyone on ebay ever see when looking on a USPS tracking number where the actual address that the package was delivered to by looking at the tracking number?

not address but originating city and zip code.

The only thing that is seen when looking at a USPS tracking number is the city, state, and zip code.

However you can see who signed and picked up the package if the package requires signature confirmation.

You can't see the address but you can see the zip code and the city
