just below the fold in this website there is a widget which is green with 3 dorpdown boxes. can anyone give me any info as to what and where i can find it?

It's not a widget. The site ain't even made in wordpress. The function doesn't even work.

sorry but my html is horrible. i wanted to have this function and then anything that i put in leads to the affiliate. how would i go about creating this?

If you're bad with html google some Dreamweaver tutorials and work with Dreamweaver its too easy to create customize html pages with adobe.

This is not a widget.Just a html drop-down boxs bound with data.main coding in the "check status" button.
