Can anyone lucid dream?

Of course. Some people just do it naturally while others have to train themselves.

I learned to do it by looking around and asking myself if I'm dreaming 20-30 times per day, and pinching my nose and trying to breathe in air. In real life, no air will flow through your nose because you are pinching it. In the dream, air will flow through and you will immediately realize you are dreaming. If you practice this habit often enough (few weeks at least) eventually you will start to do it in your dreams and will begin lucid dreaming. It's especially important to ask yourself if you're dreaming when weird/bizarre things happen, because dreams are often weird and bizarre.

I have stopped doing it a few years ago and naturally I don't lucid dream as often anymore. You have to maintain the 'training' for it to keep working.

what an advice!

do such dreams continue for you when you realise it is a lucid dream?
because when i had them (3-5 times) i always wake up after 10 seconds

Nope, they always end in max 10-20 seconds which is why I stopped doing it, it wasn't worth the effort for me :p maybe with enough practice and meditation it will last longer...

I think I have had 1 or 2 lucid dreams that lasted more than 1 minute. I slowed down my breathing and just walked very slowly and tried to not do anything too erratic. It is amazing to be "alive" in a world that doesn't exist, but looks and feels exactly like the real world!

I had a lot of nightmares during my childhood to combat this I started realizing that I dreaming and woke myself up.

Nowadays I always know that I dreaming and usually I can control it, alter it.

I also have returning dreams that continue where I left the story, so it's like watching a series lol.

Yes. I’ve done so by accident twice at least 2 months ago and can do it again if I wanted too. It was scary as hell at first but on ya way to sleep while closing ya eyes, don’t allow yourself to fall asleep and in the middle of it you begin to lucid dream. Ya eyes will feel like it’s twitching and vibrating but that’s the process behind it

I just had twice this week but the problem is I easily wake up when I realize Im dreaming. If I concentrate enough I will feel my whole body vibrating and I know it leads to an OBE though I haven't tried once.

Another method is to get used to looking at the time often. Then look again.

In dreams, the time is never linear. So when you look once at its 1:00pm. Then you look again right after, and it jumps to,.say 4:34pm, then that's your indicator that it's a dream.

Much like the "Reality checks" as advised by @joseph15

yes, I can.

I get laid with the most beautiful girls every night using it. :p

no jerk off - learn lucid dream
Having a girl in your dream does not mean it's a lucid dream. In a lucid dream, you actually figure out it's a dream, and after realizing you can do anything, you start doing crazy stuff. But the truth is, you will end up desperately looking for a girl knowing your time is very limited if you are single. Some legends say instead of this, they fly or dive deep into the sea being able to breathe or steal sports cars.

what those feelings feel like?
Just like in real life but with -15.00 eye vision.
