Can anyone help?

I've got a WordPress site and I am uploading videos through a csv file. My issue is having to use the Elementor full-width or default templates, which just make the site look awful as it is not customised. I don't really want to be editing 900 posts one by one, so if there's any help I can get with a plugin or something it would be appreciated. For those who want to suggest buying elementor premium for the theme builder, it's not an option for me right now.

More Details of what I'm trying to do:

Add a ads & recommended videos sidebar
Have a like, dislike, views & subscribe button (Like YouTube)
Have the background colour of each post as black

You can use custom CSS code to modify the appearance of your posts. However, this method requires some coding knowledge.
