Can anyone help with token listing on Bittrex?

One of my friends wants to list his token in Bittrex exchange.
Can anyone have a connection to help with token listing?

I don't think you are going to list your token on Bittrex only using 'a connection'

You just need to be prepared to cough up a fuck ton of cash.

As others have mentioned, it doesn't work this way.
If it is an Erc-20 token, you may try getting listed on Idex.
