I have Real Time Tracker GPS installed on my nexus 7 and I have lost it, how do I track it through my laptop through the app??

Are you sure the location service is enabled on the device ! And it has internet !

When ​ go to google play, it says installed under my account, but I cant seem to track it.

Contact product company and give your device details to them (such as product ID,ect..) they can easily track your product current location if some has one connect to the internet,

If you have it installed but its not showing I'm guessing its probably not online ATM.
