Can anyone help me with Jarvee?

I want Jarvee to follow 400 people in the first 12 hours of the day and then unfollow 400 the other 12 hours. But i have no idea how i can make that.

Use the "when it hits X followers" and set that to 400 more than you currenlyhave. Same for unfollow, just set it to stop at your current level.
