I usually use Cake Slice to "cut" the part of the cpa offer I want to iframe and then it gives you the html code for the frame to put on your site.

Be aware that cakeslice is leaking the referrer.

can u use brads redirecting plug in or standalone versions link and replace the link with the link cake slice provides?

Why you want to iframe only mail/zip submit offers ?

You need to iframe the entire offer

Framing just the cpa offer link will cause referer link followed, probably, by a ban from the network. You need to fake/spoof the referer so you can drive traffic to your offer and become undetectable on all browsers. I have several scripts that do that, send me a pm if u need them
