can anyone help me get listed into a CPA network?

i want to get listed into a CPA network but my country is blacklisted and i cant get to register from here so please i would be glad if any one will be generous enough to help me register in one or two networks that pays through paypal,
i know it might cost a bit but i dont have any money to pay yet. ill be glad if there was anyone who could help.
