The first two, the adult niche is really competitive. If it's an arena you're willing to spend some time on, go for it, you will learn some interesting things. But if you can sell the names themselves I'd take that money and run. The second two, I see some potential in building out a site on each of those and making some money from them on an ongoing basis.

Sliar - Sorry bud none of them are even worth reg fees. I'm speaking from experience, I deal with 5 to 6 digit aftermarket transactions weekly.

sorry but I dont belive that, ive gotten smaller offers on the first one already...

Comeandfuck.com is the best. Whatever offers you have gotten from people on BHW, you can expect 5-10x that on SEDO.

Insanedeals.org is the next best. It has 480 searches where the others have 28, 0, and 0. It is a commercial term so your target buyer will have more capital. It's #2 in Yahoo as well so you might be able to sell the whole site for more.

For those two I'd say $xx-$xxx, for the other two, reg fee at best.
