I'll try to make it short

    Go to your hosting cpanel.
Find softaculous or fantastico de luxe and click it.
    then choose wordpress>install
    then options panel will come
    choose the username and password
domain you want to install wordpress
after that click submit and your dashboard url and other details will be there.

    It will be like domain.com/wp-admin.

Do you not think you should have found all this out before paying for something you have no idea how to use... You don't "transfer" your blog anywere, just simply install wordpress through CPanel and then go to yoursite.com/wp-admin, log in. Should be pretty straight forward from there.
