No way to say how much time to get no 1 position. Its depend on your work. What kind of work actually you have done. If you don't have any strategy for ranking on SERPs, Maybe you are going to wrong way. Tool ! i think you are asking about track your SERPs keyword. You can use SERPFox for tracking your keyword position.

No one can possibly tell you how long it will take to rank. For all we know you're in a highly competitive niche and the top contenders are spending thousands of dollars to be where they are, in which case you don't stand a chance. For tracking I use SerpLab, it's free and gets the job done.

To rank on a #1 on SERP. you have to do lots of work else use long tail keywords initially to rank soon.
