Can anyone explain why this site is ranking

can anyone explain why the site i circled in blue is ranking with that statistics of information?
i have visited the site and discovered that the site is a very shitty site without SSL. you can't even read read the articles in question because everywhere is just choked with google ads. i keep wondering why that site ranks above sites with better stats

you may have missed its backlinks that increase authority and increase ranking :)

This. There are hundreds of reasons why the site is ranking higher. Use these metrics as a guide, but not the end all be all.
 
You should check the site backlinks and age. Google is a wonder. I know a dozen of site with 100% copy paste article but rank 1 with traffic offer 500k. But most of them is old and have established authority.

What baffles me is that the site is not secured, and the contents are shity
 
I can look into my crystal ball but it’ll be $1000 per 10 second seconds, but then too I cant guarantee any accurate results because there is no way to determine an accurate results backlink, hidden backlink, google is bored who knows

Those statistics don't tell us much about ranking. They just describe the domain name and give us a clue as to its status.

Why it's ranking is a whole different story.

Google is an algorithm, you can't predict what it will place at the top, sometimes, shitty stuffs just get pushed to the top
And did you even check the backlinks, they might have good ones, backlink is one of Google's ranking factor, those are stats Generated by other sites that doesn't even belong to Google
