I put a new ad unit up on my site and within an hour this happens

1 click, $43.67? I didn't even know that was possible.

Surely this is a glitch or something? Says its from Google AdWords so maybe someone messed up their CPC?

Why don't you try to replicate that click and see if it happens again? Waiting to see the result

That's a bad idea from all sides .. never click on your own ads. Als.. adsense now offers personalized ads. So someone probably looked for lawyers or something and then went to your website to find an ad for lawyers, that has big arse payouts. So that's what happened for sure

Dont forget google retargeting ads. Ads follow you around various websites. Maybe the clicker was previously checking out mesothelioma lawyers or something :)
 
Get your ass back, and re-read the articles and find what Keywords you used, as those keywords that give you that high CPC, advertisers are biding high on those keywords you put on your articles

Edit: as a piece of advice, you will get some people in you DMs asks for your site address, just don't

someone say to me if some country have more value on it's click when click an adsense, may your visitor from that country, maybe
 
This can happen but very rarely on adsense. Most probably advertiser had wrong targeting and u got high valued click. But years ago when i tricked adsense to think my ads were shown on authority financial sites (like forbes.com and similar) the minimum cpc i got was 10 usd (60 usd ones were also not so rare).
