can anyone create an Instagram acc for me ?

Hello, I need 1 instagram account but I don't have any iPhone/Android. I tried to install bluestacks also but it seems instagram sign up don`t work on it . So can anyone here create an Instagram acc for me?

BTW you most definitely *CAN* sign up up to Instagram using Bluestacks - there's no reason that I can think of that it wouldn't. Instagram doesn't even ban IPs (they ban the temporarily for an hour) and the email doesn't have to be real even.
