Can anyone create a tool to cancel all pending follow requests?

Need a tool that is able to cancel all previous sent follow requests that are still pending (protected accounts).

Post here or DM me if it's possible to make such a tool and if so, its price.

The iUnfollow tool is broken, I've tried it a few days ago already.

Haven't found anything at userscrips either.
