can anyone creat instagram account by using emulator？

i creat a bot can creat instagram account half years ago. and i change :ipaddress,IMEI,IMSI,MAC,simcard number everytime. So there is aways no problem to creat instagram acounts untill instagram stop the old verntion's register function. it will inform u update to newest verntion to creat account。 and with the new verntion it aways get a signup error. if any one could resolve this problem for me , i can share my tool
