Can anyone advice good mobile affiliate network for blackhat traffic?

I have private software that generates private messages in mobile social networks. Of course, no one affiliate program will say openly that they accept such traffic. However, they do accept. Of course, each affiliate network has its own rules. Someones will accept traffic and keep silence, some ones will ban you on the first abuse, some ones will event send your details to abusers.
Can anyone share experience, what reliable mobile affiliate network accepts blackhat traffic without too aggressive bans for abuses?

Most likely the networks/offers which accept incentive traffic. You should usually discuss with your affiliate manager first though.

I think most network does not accept incentivised traffic - however it is up to you to tell them or not. You can set it up
so it doesn't look like it
