I only want to use it for Hitleap so it's not important that is has all kinds of functions. Thank you for your suggestions! :)

Is anybody acutally using a free VPS which you can recommend?
 
now days getting cloud vps is cost as a cup of coffee so pay and get it will work better.

Because you will need windows vps for it i think not linux.

Best way to go is just pay for a VPS system. Using a free one you are not going to have all the functions that you want. Or you can get them but will be a paid upgrade. Might as well go to a real host and get set up.
 
Microsoft Azure trial. You need a phone number to verify the account and a credit card/VCC with $1-2 on it, because MS puts a charge on the card, what they release, so it costs nothing, if you have those two things at hand already.
