Can anybody help me with bulk iMessage?

I have a script that sends bulk iMessages using my Apple desktop pc however the first couple of message have been send without a problem,
the message I try to send now do not send anymore.

I have tried a different apple id, different IP, I even called apple to ask if my apple ID is blocked but nothing.
They said it is not blocked plus they said there is not a limit to how many iMessages I can send.

So what could be the problem I hope anybody knows or even better I hope somebody can help me send the iMessage messages!

I try using a list of phone numbers however I do not know what phone numbers are valid apple Ids and what not so just try all to see if one works.
Does anybody know if that might be the reason? Is it possible to verify the apple id in a other way?

Thank you but I am not looking for a Bulk SMS provider. I am looking for a way to send iMessage from apple.
