- my friend, this is not that easy. lot of onsite, offsite seo works to be done to achieve this.

i just create 33 PBN For my site
each have different ip and when my site index on google it appear on 1 page on 2 last potion and after some time its drop rank and go to 11 page of google

With over 500 metrics that the search engine used in their ranking algorithm, it's not just about links anymore - unless if your links are from news sites like mashable, cnn, engadget, etc - if you have 10 -20 of these links, I'm pretty sure you're set to be on the first page for a mid-range keyword.
Otherwise, if spam links or PBN links, these are mostly ordinary links, and depending on their link structure/profile, there's no telling how many you need - you can continuously build and see if it contributes value to your site or not.

it takes much dilligent work to get to Google TOP,
