Can any one explain why I am in the wrong SERPs

Hi everyone

I am trying to promote a youtube video into Google. I have optimised it correctly and i now appear in the number 1 youtube position for my keyword. I appear on the first page of Google video for my keyword but I am unfortunately unable to rank in Google SERPS at this time (Google.com.au) (im currently backlinking, social media signals etc). However the interesting things is that if i do a search in Google.com (not my preferred .com.au), I appear on page 5.

Can anyone suggest why this is happening? Could it be that my backlinks are done through US based SEO companies or should this not matter?

May be it is google dance.
Or try to add in both country .au and .com also then see what happens.

If you're backlinking using other links i don't think you'll get a targeted search engine ranking. You might want to try working with your local search engine optimization providers if you want to get ranked in the australian version of google.

This is not the matter if you have submitted backlinks in social media & all over place, you need to target local SEO to get youtube video ranking.

Yeah, i used a company called the Hoth and bought an SEO package for two of my videos in seperate niches and both are ranking in google.com. But its useless to me. I need. .com.au. If i purchased an SEO service from someone on this site, would this be better for me? All Aussie SEO companies are expensive
