When I tried to follow someone and clicked the blue button, it turns green for a few second, and then turns blue again. I checked and I wasn?t following them. Closing the application and retrying it doesn?t help either. I even deleted and reinstall the apps just to make sure. Nothing is working
my followers 100 and i'm following 0

Seems like your account may have encountered some following block here. I would suggest to try it with a different account, and if you have the same problem, try a completely new IP address.

The chances are pretty good you burned this account somehow. Maybe go back to the basics around account creation, following limits, etc...

don't worry, it's probably a temp-block which will last a few hours. It happens when you try to follow aggressively or follow - unfollow on the same day. Give it some rest and it will be alright.
