Can any Adsense proffesional answer this question for me - Thanks

Hey everyone, thank you for your time. I will try to clarify my issue as much as possible. Recently I tried to re-apply to adsense using a new email because my old email was deleted for spamming messages on youtube. That email was associated with adsense. I took to long to recover the account, now it's permanently deleted.


So I tried applying for adsense with a new email and here's what happen.


"The account associated with publisher ID ca-pub-82554xxxxxxxxx has been disapproved. Learn more"


I first appealed through the invalid activity appeal to see if i may have broke one of the rules, I found out that wasn't the case. Here what they said.


"Hello,


Thanks for contacting Google AdSense. According to our records, the information you've provided is associated with a closed account. For this reason, we aren't able to continue processing this appeal.


If your issue is related to an active account, please resubmit our appeal form ( https://google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=policy_violation_appeal ) with accurate account information.

Okay so I don't get it, I was told to submit to policy violation form and they basically told me that can't help me. I'm confused because I don't know if that means I can't apply or is there some other department I can contact. Obviously I haven't broke any major rules because the message would have stated it. Does anyone know what this mean and can guide me with an explanation what to do from here. I will appreciate your help.

You need to re apply with your family member info



Once your banned your banned for life (aleast thats what I know of)

Yes, Just use a family member name and make sure you alter your address a bit.
so that it doesnt trigger the alarm again.

What if I open one up as a business account, would that work? Also, does adsense track you by ​IP address?

use other data ..... person, email, bank everything

Ok, let's say I use my account under my moms name, address, random email, and her bank. Would there be a flag based on my IP address or what happens if I log into one of my accounts from the same account. Is there technology that sophisticated?
