Can an old website be snadboxed?

Ive got a web site thats been on google and running OK since 2004.
Can i get my website sandboxed or band by having too many inbound links too quickly?

Nop, old sites are pretty safe..

It *might* be possible but, generally speaking, you should be safe.

It may get sandboxed if you blast with it on millions of AA.

Blast with with 20-50k you wont get sandboxed.

I've gotten my old, high google traffic websites sandboxed for doing simple link trading even or for just getting too many links with same anchor to the site through linkbait. It sure is possible to sandbox almost any site with non-whitehat techniques.

Many thanks for your help guys.
Using a web based program i would appear i only have 82 inbound links.
Who or what should i do now to get inbound links.
We are in the computer recycling industry and have fallen behind.
A few yeays ago you could search for just about any related keyword but now the market is FLOODED with people doing the same thing.

I have an SEO company working on some stuff but its morew keyword optimisation.
I need links!!

The answer is yes despite what you have heard it all depends on the velocity of the links and if it's spread apart I say move slow but build daily that way it looks clean and not like some one just took a massive
Link dump for a day. Try to remember it's not allways the amount of links but how statically there linked. also do reverse engineering on your computation and see what they do to be ahead then build on there method.

For inbound links use a wordpress tag clouds most people don't know how to use them but when done right it's heavy hitting inbound links. You can use tags any where on a page to just create the illusion your page offers more verity
