Can Amazon affiliate ban for thin content?

what i experiened is a direct ban on the face ( on the first sales )

Was 100 or so original words, combined with 50 words from an RSS feed with the RSS feeds title too. Have outranked the sources even with this, but that was with manual backlinking too.
 
I think thin content is ok. just see deal site like slickdeals.net and other deal sites
