Yes it can.
I did a long form article on Monday this last week using Conversion.ai for an affiliate site and 3 days later it's indexed and the keyword I had focused on is ranking number 11 as of yesterday morning

I don't have an answer yet. Because I've tested a wide range of them but honestly speaking, none of them reached my expectation. Conversion ai is slightly better than the rest of them. Correct me if I am wrong.
