I created a video using an AI tool with free credits, but it doesn’t allow commercial use, and I want to upload it to Instagram. If I use software to remove the watermark, can the tool or company detect this? Is there metadata or anything hidden in the video that could reveal it? Are there ways to ensure the watermark removal leaves no traces?

The chances that company will ever detect anything are very thin, you can remove metadata and re-encode video using ffmpeg.
