lmao - love your avatar, Ackmed rocks!

Sorry can't help you on the theme per se but I would say it's done in photoshop and sliced up and optimised for the net.

I don't think so. It looks more like it is in the Dreamweaver domain.

check templatemonster.com you might be able to find something similar....but I agree..looks like its a photoshop mockup sliced up into an html page.
