Can a RUSHCARD be used to withdraw funds from Paypal?

yes it can, a rush card is nothing more than a chase checking account. it is a bank account and rush has instruction on how to do so once you log into your rush online account. just make sure you list it as chase and not rush, lol

Do I need a bank account to get this Rush card?

It's a prepaid debit card. It's use as an alternative to a traditional bank account. No, you don't need a bank account but you need a way to fund the card (i.e.: paypal).

Do I need to provide SSN to get this Rush card?

The signup form asks for your social security. I accidentally put in an incorrect SSN but I was still able to use the card (to buy things). However, if you want to use the card to withdraw money from an ATM machine you're going to have to call them and provide your SSN.

You can get limited by paypal useing a rushcard with mismatching names between the card and paypal. Also when rushcard is seeing different names when withdrawing/deposting from paypal this is a huge redflag causeing you to lose all the funds on the card!

So make sure that the name registered on the card and paypal are exact.

Also I wouldn't fuge any when using a SSN that can get you in more trouble than you want to be in.
