Can a review site be shut down?

I am working on a niche site where I need to link a lot of niche products from popular listing sites like eBay direct to my site. All other similar review sites I've found, including "top sellers" type sites seem to follow a similar setup - basically a table of product names linking direct to listings with no images or further info from the listing page. As i'm wondering if this is done to prevent potential copyright/DMCA complaints, could anyone please advise on the following:

I understand eBay & sellers own all rights to the product images (so likely can't be used on my site), but are exact product titles linked back to the original listing on such sites (without being affiliated) considered "copyright" in any way?
